REEL ESTATE !?!
An average Indians big dream today is to own their own house...from a match box apartment to a palatial bungalow, it varies from person to person. Everyone just need their own shade n shelter. A couple of years back i saw flashy advertisements from the nationalised banks to the private banks chasing the customers to provide them the loans to build their dream house. The Real estate got up from its deep slumber to cash the dreams of the average Indian. The MNCs , Software Parks, Slimy brokers, Raising cost of materials and increasing bank interest had made the dreams to remain just as dreams.I tried to sneak into the real estate to gain the first hand information and found it to be shocking.A double bed room flat 900 sq.ft was quoted 75 lakhs not in mumbai...it is down south,yup..Coimbatore. With some predictions and media hype every single space of Coimbatore is quoted at an exorbitant price. The costs are sky rocketing and the real estate has turned out into REEL ESTATE.I hope in the next election the focal point of the campaigning for many political parties is to bring down the land/flat prices or are we going to be offered free flats.Waiting for the bubble to burst. Wish to have your views towards REAL ESTATE.

Reel estate catchy isn’t it but its all the same got a ring of truth to it too. The real estates rates here have sky rocketed here in recent times much to the hype created by the anticipated MNC companies and tidal parks. But little do they understand that no MNC company which views itself as a boon to our country is going to pay cores of rupees just to lay foot we have to keep in mind that our country has become a place where the workforce is relatively talented and cheap by international standards the standard American joke nowadays is "If u r not good the boogey man will cum in the night & If u don’t study well an INDIAN will take your job" this actually means we are selling ourselves short which is an entirely different topic which I hope will arise later in this blog. Even if the IT parks do lay foot here one can only hope that it will lead to the modernization of quaint little towns like mine (coimbatore) even if an IT company ever considered coming down here they will see the welfare of their employees why would an IT company come to a place where their employees can work but cannot afford to live in will a which IT employee have the heart to tease himself. Remember although IT pays good money to its employees having a swanky place to live in isn’t the only thing on their platter most of them have families to support. It’s the odd one or two who have not a care in the world and decide to splurge on a swanky new place. Moreover let’s face it these employees are people who come into money very soon and are young so that doesn’t actually make them the wisest of investors too. The real estate is set to crash heavily. Its only places which already had a true value which will be able stand it out. Next on the platter is modernization if one had the privilege of visiting the IT parks here in Chennai we could see that they are self sufficient in terms of food and entertainment within the walls of the company itself. So who here stands to gain really even if our town did get modernized will the odd weekend when they are relived from work and actually not too tired (coz lets face it its not really a pastime they are overworked) to come down to the city be sufficient to run the communities modernized businesses. One may ask Chennai has an IT park and they seem to be doing very well. Chennai is a metropolitan city which draws its revenue from various sources one being a floating population which comes and leaves Chennai constantly. We on the other hand do not have that privilege. Chennai has a port like which makes it a centre of trade which attracts many at a daily basis. How a city faced with so many odds stacked against it could ever hope to stride in glory is beyond my understanding. One can only hope that coimbatore wakes up before it’s too late. As it was so adequately posted above it is in every sense of the word “REEL ESTATE”.
