I have found that 'Thank you' is infact a very powerful word..Infact they are the two most powerful set of words..When you thank someone you just set up a chain reaction of positivity around you..Very true..
They say 'mean what you say' but then some times when you do pass a thanks or a hug even if you do not intend to,the positivity comes back at you some way or the other..Thoughts become things..So you shape the world around you by the way you think..

Absolutely agree with u on the subject ! Since u mentioned goodwill , and extending it to those around u.. have seen that a lack of trust for one another other often comes in the way.. how can we make the world a safer place to live in ?

I couldn agree with you more sir!!Its amazing how small instances in our life teach us lessons that we fail to learn even after intense study.what is important is that we need to draw on experiences from it and not jus treat it as mere incident.expressions which we cosider insignifiacnt at times,can just make a world of diffrence in some ones life... well said!!!
